TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Oral Roberts Golden Eagles completed a three-game sweep of Bethune-Cookman with a 4-3 win Saturday.

ORU (7-5) scored its first run in the bottom of the first due to a pitching error from Wildcat starter Scott Garner to bring Nick Baligod home from third.

With two on and two out in the top of the second, the Wildcats answered with an RBI single from short stop Alejandro Sanchez to score DJ Leonard and tie the game 1-1.

After Baligod led off the bottom of the third with a second-pitch home run, Brandon King scored on a two-out wild pitch from Garner to take a 3-1 lead. The Golden Eagles added one more in the bottom of the fourth, Joey Winiecki scored on a ground-out to first.

Bryce Smolen (2-1) was credited with the win for ORU, after allowing just two earned runs on seven hits in his five innings of service. Scott Garner (2-1) was shelved after completing the fourth innings, after allowing four runs on five hits.

The Golden Eagles will now travel to Tempe, Ariz. for three-game series with the No. 7 Arizona State Sun Devils.
