Tulsa's Kinne Named Offensive Player of the Week

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa quarterback G.J. Kinne was named Conference USA's Offensive Player of the Week on Monday for his performance in a 28-25 win against Houston.
Kinne showed his entire offensive skill set on Saturday, starting with 154 yards through the air and two touchdown passes.
But it was his running game that torched the Cougars' defense all night as he ran for 190 yards and a touchdown on 31 carries.
With the win, Tulsa now sits atop the the C-USA's West Division standings.
The Golden Hurricane will take on UTEP at 1 p.m. on Saturday in Tulsa.
