Missouri fans came out in swarms Saturday morning for ESPN’s College Game Day, as the kickoff of the OU and Missouri game nears.

Tigers Hungry to Impress at College Game Day

COLUMBIA, Missouri --No. 11 Missouri is hosting more than just No. 1 Oklahoma -- ESPN has chosen the Tigers and Sooners matchup as this week’s Game Day.

The stage was set and the fans were ready, despite a rainy start to the day.

“Little rain never hurt anybody,” one Tigers fan said. “It’s huge, first time ever at Columbia, it’s going to be a big game tonight. It’s just awesome.”

The fans showed up in swarms on Friday and Saturday morning, attempting to break the Game Day attendance record of 15,808, set by Nebraska fans.

The Tigers and Sooners kick off Saturday at 7 p.m.
