OKLAHOMA CITY – Former Sooner running back Spencer Tillman racked up plenty of titles throughout his career, including All-American, National Champion, Super Bowl Champion and CBS Football Analyst.

Now, he’s adding a new one to his resume: documentary narrator.

Tillman has narrated a four-part DVD called The History of Sooner Football, Birth of a Champion, part one of which will debut on Oct. 11 at the Warren Theater in Moore, Oklahoma.

OU Athletic Director Joe Castiglione said it's a fascinating look at how the program has developed over the years.

"I've had the opportunity to preview Birth of a Champion and I can promise our fans that they will learn a lot about our program, and they'll do so through some very rare and entertaining footage," he said.
