OKLAHOMA CITY -- Blake Griffin came back home to Oklahoma to handle personal business and spoke with the media Wednesday.
Griffin earned the NBA Summer League MVP last year, but missed the entire regular season due to a stress fracture in his knee.
Griffin has finished his rehab and has been cleared to resume practice by the Clippers training staff.
Joining him in Los Angeles will be former Sooner teammate Willie Warren, who was selected 54th by the Clippers in the NBA Draft. While teammates, the two players averaged more than 37 points per game and led the Sooners to a NCAA Tournament appearance.
After his first season Warren was slated to be a top pick, but after an injury shortened sophomore season his stock fell.
