Three Cowgirls Named Academic All-Conference

IRVING, Texas -- Three members of the Oklahoma State women’s basketball team were named to the 2010 Academic All-Big 12 team.

Seniors Megan Byford and Ally Clardy were first-team selections while senior Tegan Cunningham was named second-team.

Byford and Clardy are both two-time selections while Cunningham made the list for the first time in her four years.

Byford is pursuing a master’s degree in teaching, learning and leadership, Clardy is a sports management major, while Cunningham is an education major.

First team members consist of those who have maintained a 3.20 GPA or better, while the second team members have a 3.0 to 3.19 GPA.
