NORMAN, Oklahoma - Sophomore guard Willie Warren will miss the rest of the regular season with an ankle injury.
University of Oklahoma head coach Jeff Capel told reporters Thursday that Warren's ankle injury, which caused him to miss five games, will keep him on the bench until at least the Big 12 Tournament.
The sophomore is the Sooners' leading scorer at 16.3 points per game and was voted The Sporting News Preseason Player of the Year.
The Sooners next play Baylor on Saturday afternoon.
