STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- Back in 2005, the last time Oklahoma State traveled to Iowa State, the Cowboys coughed up seven turnovers and lost 37-10. A lot has changed since then, but after five turnovers against Texas the hot topic is ball security.

Zac Robinson had the worst game of his career, throwing four interceptions. After the game, Robinson’s teammates were there to pick him up and help him move on.

“There were guys saying ‘You got to keep your head up.’ We've got to bounce back, we've got another game,” wide receiver Justin Blackmon said. “It looked like it was all his fault, but it really ultimately wasn't. It was the team.”

In last year’s meeting, Robinson and the Cowboys rolled up nearly 700 yards of offense in a 59-17 blowout. This year, the Cyclones have a new head coach, Paul Rhoads. He brings with him new schemes and an improved defense.

“They've done a good job keeping things in front of them and tackling in space,” head coach Mike Gundy said. “They've had some junior college players come in and contribute.”

History is certainly not on the Cowboys’ side in this contest. OSU only has three wins in its last eight trips up north. The Cowboys hope to overcome their loss to Texas and reverse that trend starting Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
