TULSA, Oklahoma – A Tulsa teen was charged Wednesday in connection with a robbery at a Moody's jewelry store last month.
Darius Tyrell Gant, 19, faces three counts of robbery with a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm after the former conviction of a felony.

The robbery happened during broad daylight on April 29, 2011, at the Moody's at 71st and Lewis in south Tulsa. Police say three men with guns and masks smashed jewelry cases and stole some valuables. No one was hurt.
Police say the same men then carjacked a woman at a nearby Arby's restaurant.
Gant was arrested on May 6, 2011, as part of an undercover drug bust, but was positively identified in a line-up by the woman whose vehicle was carjacked.
