TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police officers took time out Saturday to honor those they have lost.

A ceremony was held at the Tulsa Police Memorial to recognize three officers killed in the line of duty.

Officers Walter Clark, who died 75 years ago; Leroy Cowles, who died 50 years ago; and James Slay, who died 25 years ago, were honored.

Friday, a candle light vigil was held to remember officers who died this past year under circumstances other than line of duty deaths.

The Tulsa Police Memorial is dedicated to those Tulsa Police Officers who bravely gave their lives in the line of duty.
