Police say two of the robbers hijacked a woman's car at a nearby Arby's drive-thru after they discovered their getaway car was missing. The third robber ran into an apartment complex north of the restaurant.
The men got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and jewelry which they stuffed into bags which witnesses described as pillow cases and a black trash bag.
Investigators say based on the surveillance video, the thieves knew what they were doing. But police say their bold choice of location and time of day could be their downfall.
Two of the robbers are described as black males in their 20s or 30s and around 6 feet tall. The third robber is described as a younger black male, 5'5" tall wearing a unique hooded sweatshirt.
