City Crews Making Progress On 21st And Utica Water Main Repair

Tulsa City workers will start replacing a water valve in the street near Utica Square Wednesday night.

The 6-inch valve has been leaking since February's blizzard. Tulsa's 21st Street will be down to one lane in each direction, and three entrances to Utica Square will be closed during the work.
