TULSA, Oklahoma – The Tulsa Police Department awarded four men with its citizen appreciation award Wednesday.
Tre Gillette was working at a QuikTrip, when he saw a man sexually assault a woman sitting in a parked car.
Police say Gillette confronted the man and made him leave and thanks to Gillette, the man was later captured and pled guilty.
Three other men also received the same honor. They were customers in an IHOP and saw a robber with a gun. They took the gun away and held him for police.
