Oklahoma Porter Au Jus

INGREDIENTS

2 cans Beef Broth
½ tsp Tabasco
3 tbs Worcestershire
3 tbs White Wine
¼ cup Diced Yellow Onion
½ tbs Chopped Garlic
1 ea Bay Leave
¼ tsp Leaf Thyme
½ cup Oklahoma Porter or any Porter (Guinness)
3 tbs Honey

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients but the Porter and Honey, simmer for 1 hour
2. Strain out all solids
3. Add Porter and Honey
4. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
