MANNFORD, Oklahoma – The wife of a Mannford man jailed for using his sons to help him manufacture meth was arrested Thursday.
Court records show Freda Hagar is charged with three counts of child neglect.
Her husband, 39-year-old Michael Hagar, is charged with several counts, including child endangerment and possession of meth.
He was arrested last week after Mannford police said he used his three sons, ages 10, 14, and 17, to help make meth.

Reverend Dave Jenkins, the pastor at the Mannford First United Methodist Church, said Freda Hagar is the church's preschool director. Jenkins said the church decided to shut down the preschool after Michael Hagar's arrest last week.
Jenkins said Freda Hagar passed extensive background checks before she was hired as the director.
