TULSA COUNTY, Oklahoma -- A metal piece fell off a semi and struck a pickup truck in the windshield Friday morning sending one person to a Tulsa hospital.
The incident occurred on state Highway 266 near the Tulsa-Rogers County line.
EMSA says the man was transported to a Tulsa hospital in fair condition.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating.
