Tulsa Dentist Office Offers Free Children Screenings Thursday

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa dentist office will be offering free dental screenings during "Healthy Smile, Happy Child Day" on Thursday, February 24, 2011.

The event will take place at the Oklahoma Smiles Dental Center at 401-A South Utica from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.

"An estimated one in five children goes without dental care each year," said Dr. Ben Unruh, lead Dentist at Oklahoma Smiles of Tulsa.

The free screenings are part of an effort to promote healthy smiles during Children's Dental Health Month in February.
