Tulsa Woman's Boyfriend And Brother Injured In Fight With Sword

TULSA, Oklahoma -- No charges have been filed in an early morning dispute between a woman's brother and her boyfriend. Tulsa Police say at about 4:15 a.m, they were called to a home in the 1200 block of North Country Club Drive where the brother and sister live.

The woman and her boyfriend had argued during the night, and the boyfriend left the house only to return a little later. He and the woman's brother then got into a fight.

One of the men used a sword, and both of them received cuts and scrapes, according to Tulsa Police Sergeant Steve Stoltz.

The boyfriend was taken to the hospital with a non-critical cut to his head.

Stoltz said that both men told a different story on how events unfolded and neither wanted to press charges. No arrests were made.
