Woman Injured In Deadly Spring River Crash Released From Hospital

JOPLIN, Missouri -- One of the survivor's from last week's deadly crash into the Spring River has been released from a Joplin hospital.

Fransica Cosagua, 21, is now home. She was one of eight people inside the Chevy Avalanche when it slid off of the Will Rogers Turnpike near Miami, Oklahoma on Thursday February 3, 2011.

Leonor Alcano, 31, Irma Garcia, 37, and Douglas Monzon, 22, died in the crash.

Julio Garcia, 21, Samuel Hernadez, 22, Mario Romero, 30, and Eli Feliberto, 19, remain hospitalized.

The Highway Patrol says it will retrieve the SUV out of the river sometime this weekend, weather permitting. OHP said it will use a crane to lift it up the steep river bank.
