TULSA, Oklahoma -- Two men are in Tulsa County jail Tuesday morning after police discover a working meth lab in a vacant house near Admiral and Lewis early Tuesday.

Tulsa Police say neighbors called about men inside the home around 12:30 a.m. concerned because of recent air conditioning thefts in the area.

Once inside the home, police officers found the meth lab and took 30-year-old Kenji Haynes and 24-year-old Josha Southard into custody.

The two were booked into jail on complaints of burglary and are facing charges of 2nd degree burglary and manufacture of a controlled and dangerous substance.

Police credit the watchful eye of the neighbors with the arrests.
