MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- A Muskogee County man has now been charged with second-degree murder in the death of another county resident earlier this month.
Sean Howard, 37, of Haskell was originally charged with aiding a suicide in the shooting death of 37-year-old Mark Collins on December 2, 2010.
According to a filing with the Muskogee County District Court, Howard pointed a pistol at Collins' face and shot him.
Howard remains in the Muskogee County jail.
