One Victim In Muskogee Shooting Identified

MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- The surviving victim of a double shooting in Muskogee Monday has been identified as 21-year-old Dynell Smith of Muskogee.

Police say as Smith and another man got out of a car at 26th and Court they were shot.

At last word, Smith is listed in fair condition at a Muskogee hospital. The other man died after he was taken to the hospital.

Muskogee Police are still looking for 17-year-old Deontee Newton of Muskogee. Newton is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and approximately 165 pounds.
