Multi-Vehicle Crash In Glenpool Tuesday Injures Five

GLENPOOL, Oklahoma -- A three vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 75 at 181st Street South Tuesday morning sent five people to Tulsa area hospitals.

Glenpool Police say a northbound truck struck a westbound car at the intersection.  A southbound car then hit the other two vehicles.   

A medical helicopter was called in to help with the transport of at least one patient.   The rest were taken by ambulance.

The crash tied up traffic at the intersection for at least two hours.
