Runners Ready For Tulsa Route 66 Marathon

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Thousands of runners will hit the streets for the Route 66 Marathon Sunday morning.

More than 10,000 participants will pound the pavement along the historic mother road and through downtown as they make their way to the finish line at Veteran's Park.

New this year, runners can take a detour to a Tulsa landmark, the Center of the Universe. With so many runners on the streets, there is going to be lots of road closures and detours.
