BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma – A Washington County judge has appointed an attorney for a Bartlesville woman charged with felony child neglect.

Last week, a court hearing for 26-year-old Lyndsey Fiddler was delayed until December because she did not have an attorney.

Fiddler was arrested after Bartlesville Police found the woman's 10-day-old infant dead inside a washing machine.

On Tuesday, a judge appointed Bartlesville attorney Mark Kane to represent her.

Fiddler remains in the Washington County jail on a $100,000 bond.

Her next court hearing is December 3, 2010.
