Court Says Weleetka Pastor Acquitted On Lewd Molestation Charges

WELEETKA, Oklahoma -- A Weleetka minister accused of molesting children at his church earlier this year has been acquitted on several charges and convicted on several others.

Court records show Pastor Marvin Lowe was found not guilty of nine counts of lewd molestation and assault and battery. Lowe was also acquitted on three counts of domestic abuse but was convicted on six other misdemeanor counts of domestic abuse.

He could get up to six years in prison on the guilty charges.

Sentencing for Lowe is set for December 2, 2010.
