Tulsa Wreck Chops Utility Pole In Half

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A wreck early Friday morning sends a driver to the Tulsa County jail.

The crash occurred at 12:30 a.m. near 17th and Harvard.

Tulsa Police say the driver of a pickup truck headed south on Harvard lost control, running off the road, hitting a wall and then a utility pole.

The pole was cut in half.

Police officers say the driver was not hurt, but was arrested on several outstanding warrants.
