TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Airport officials are warning travelers of the need to arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before their scheduled departure times for domestic flights.
International travelers should arrive two hours early – especially for early morning departures.
"The airport is extremely busy because of fall break. This morning our checkpoint processed over 2,000 passengers before 8 a.m., and the airlines expect Friday and Saturday mornings to be just as busy," said spokesperson Alexis Higgins.
"We don't want anyone's fall break travel plans to be delayed because they weren't expecting crowds at the airport."
