Frederick Police Say Disabled Boy Forced To Eat Feces

FREDERICK, OKLAHOMA -- Frederick Police say three teenagers have been taken into custody for allegedly abusing a mentally disabled boy by forcing him to eat human feces in a city park.

Officers say they began an investigation this past week when a Frederick High School resource officer contacted them after hearing about a video taken of the incident, which may have happened last year.

Sgt. Scott Skinner told KSWO-TV one of the videos showed three juvenile males intimidating the 14-year-old victim.

Authorities say the teens were arrested and taken to the juvenile detention center. Felony child abuse and conspiracy to commit child abuse charges are being sought.

Police officers believe the video may have been shown to others, but they don't know if it was posted online.
