OWASSO, OKLAHOMA -- Charges against a former Owasso chemistry teacher have been downgraded from felonies to misdemeanors.
A report from the Owasso Police Department said Martin Zocher, 37, admitted to snapping photos up the skirts of several female students and a female teacher.
Zocher used a device called an "ELMO," used to project books and documents onto a computer screen, to take the pictures, according to the report.
The incidents happened between April 29, 2010 and June 3, 2010.
Zocher had faced four felony counts of use of video equipment in a clandestine manner with intent to view images. He resigned from Owasso Public Schools.
