Tulsa Shooting Victim Dies As Search For Suspects Continues

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- Tulsa Police are now investigating the city's 42nd homicide of the year with the death Tuesday of a shooting victim.

The shooting occurred on September 23, 2010, in the 2100 block of East Tecumseh.

Police say the victim, 37-year-old Jose Sergio Montes De La Cueva was pronounced dead Tuesday afternoon.

Also on Tuesday, Tulsa Police said they are looking for a person of interest in connection with that shooting.
