TULSA, Oklahoma -- Some Tulsa area dogs were put to the test Saturday. It's all part of the Urban Search and Rescue Task Force Training.
Passing is critical. Without the certification, Oklahoma's Task Force One won't be able to respond when disaster strikes. The dogs specialize in sniffing out people trapped under piles of rubble.
The evaluators came from across the country to see how our dogs respond.
There's no word on how we did, but the Task Force's leader says he's hearing good things.
