TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- A 34-year-old Tulsa man is in the county jail after he was arrested over the weekend for the kidnapping and rape of a Missouri woman.
Tulsa Police say on Friday morning, David Buckner abducted the woman from a gas station in Crawford County, Missouri.
He then took her to Tulsa and repeatedly sexually assaulted her in a home in the 12000 block of East 11th Street.
Police were notified by Crawford County authorities that Buckner and the woman may be in the Tulsa area.
The also learned the woman had a protective order out of Missouri filed against Buckner.
After locating and interviewing Buckner, Tulsa Police detectives said he admitted to the kidnapping and violation of the protective order.
He was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of kidnapping, first degree rape and violation of a protective order.
