COPAN, OKLAHOMA -- Washington County Sheriff's deputies arrested two people and confiscated 17 pounds of marijuana and meth making materials Monday, September 13, 2010.
Sheriff Rick Silver says deputies were called to a home northwest of Copan to investigate reported domestic assault.
Silver says deputies arrived to find a number of items that had been thrown onto the yard, breaking several of the home's windows.
When they looked inside the home, Washington County Sheriff's Office deputies could see what appeared to be a working meth lab.
Deputies talked with 21-year-old Tobi Cates and 51-year-old Teresa Thompson. The pair was arrested after deputies located several bags full of marijuana.
Both Cates and Thompson were booked into the Washington County jail.
