Tulsa Man Gets Surprise Proposal - From Cow

BROKEN ARROW, OKLAHOMA -- You could say Jared Hogue had to eat his words Saturday. Or, you could say he had a "moooving" experience at work.

The employee of J. David Jewelry in Broken Arrow has been heard to say that he loves Chick-fil-A products so much, if Chick-fil-A were a girl, he would marry her.

So his boss, Joel David, decided to make Hogue's dreams come true. He conspired with the folks at the Chick-fil-A Jared frequents at 71st and Garnett.

"He always says, 'if Chick-fil-A was a girl, I'd marry her,'" said Joel David.

"Of course I will," Jared said when the cow proposed - by flash card, since cows don't talk. He refused to kiss his bride-to-be, however, settling for a hug.

Chicken was served to celebrate the engagement.

The office prank was just in time for Jared's birthday.
