Indiana Man In Sequoyah Co Jail On Charge Of Making Lewd Proposals To A Minor

SALLISAW, OK -- An Evansville, Indiana man remains in the Sequoyah County jail, following his arrest last month on charges of making lewd proposals to a minor child and causing a minor to view pornographic material. 

Vian Police arrested 25-year-old Michael Kincaid in late July after Kincaid had made contact with a teenager in the Vian Schools parking lot. 

Authorities believe Kincaid may have contacted the girl through an Internet chat room. 

Kincaid is being held without bond.
