TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa City Council filed an ethics complaint against Mayor Dewey Bartlett Tuesday. It is the formal step that sends the complaint to City Auditor Preston Doerflinger for review.
The city council voted Thursday night to make the complaint over Bartlett accepting free legal services from a lawyer who also works as a contractor for the City of Tulsa.
