Girlfriend Arrested For Stabbing Tulsa Boyfriend In The Back

TULSA, OK -- What Tulsa Police reports was a domestic dispute turned into a stabbing early Friday morning in the 2200 block of North Darlington Place. 

Police officers say they've been to the house before and Friday at 1:30 a.m., they were back. 

During this latest incident, a man in the home was stabbed in the back by his girlfriend as he was trying to leave the home.

He was taken by EMSA to a Tulsa hospital. Police say he is expected to survive.  

Officers talked with the woman, 43-year-old Christina Lunsford, and arrested her. 

Lunsford was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon.
