TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa County judge delayed a motion to allow Douglas Polk to withdraw his guilty plea to charges of raping a 5-year-old girl in 2007. Polk was in court Thursday.
The hearing has been continued until July 29.
Polk, 32, pleaded guilty after being charged with sexual assault, rape, lewd molestation and kidnapping in late April.
A judge sentenced the Broken Arrow man to six life terms on June 30th.

Polk's attorney filed a motion to withdraw that guilty plea less than two weeks later.
Broken Arrow Police say Polk abducted the girl from her front yard, sexually assaulted her, then dumped left her on a county road.
