'Drive To Inspire' Rides Through Tulsa

TULSA, OK -- Two men are cruising down the mother road in a classic 66 GTO, trying to set a new record.

Mark McConville and Keith Barfield want to be the first to drive from Los Angeles to Chicago in a car powered only by compressed natural gas.

They made a stop in Tulsa Friday.

"So far the trip has been a lot of fun, it's been very challenging, but the best thing I really like about it is meeting the people," Barfield said.

"I don't have a whole lot of mechanical experience," McConville said. "I did this in about a week and when I started it, it started right up."
