Suspect In Death Of Tulsa Boy Pleads Not Guilty

TULSA, OK -- The man accused of killing a three-year-old Tulsa boy pleaded not guilty Wednesday.

Cody Sartin faces a first-degree murder charge in the death of Jace Burgess.

The little boy died earlier this month from a massive brain injury. Sartin claims the toddler was hurt accidentally when he fell off the bed.

He's being held without bond and goes back to court in August.
