Missing Tulsa Man Located, Police Say

Tulsa Police have located  a man who had been missing since June 20th. They say he walked to a Tulsa hospital on Thursday. He was not injured, according to police.

TULSA, OK – Tulsa Police have located a man who had been missing since June 20th. They say he walked to a Tulsa hospital on Thursday. He was not injured, according to police.

Officers found Kenneth Mangel's abandoned truck near 15th and Harvard on Tuesday. According to Tulsa Police Detectives, surveillance video showed him pulling into a parking lot Sunday afternoon.

The video showed White looking under the hood of the vehicle and then walking away. He was last seen walking in the alley between Gary Place and Harvard from 15th street.

Kenneth's family said he may appear disoriented and delusional at times. Mangel, 42, is 5'9" and weights about 320 pounds.
