TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa Police Department will unveil their new Public Relations Unit that emphasizes Hispanic Outreach and Volunteers In Policing on Thursday, according to a news release.

Representatives of the unit will be on hand to discuss their efforts in building rapport within the Hispanic Community. They also plan to cover what police cadets are currently learning about immigrant culture and "Survivor Spanish."
