Robbers Take 32 Bottles Of Drugs From Tulsa Pharmacy

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are looking for two men who walked into a 24-hour drug store and robbed the store's pharmacy early Tuesday. 

Police say two men entered the CVS store at 71st and Yale shortly after 1:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Both men were wearing hoods and blue bandanas over their faces when they entered the store and went directly to the back where the pharmacy is located, according to police.

They jumped the counter and demanded Oxycontin and Lortab from the pharmacist and then forced him to get on the ground.

Police say the pair left with seven bottles of Lortab and 25 bottles of Oxycontin and were last seen eastbound on 71st in a dark colored Chevrolet Blazer or Tahoe type vehicle.

Police say suspect one was armed with an uzi type pistol and is described as a Hispanic male, mid 20s, slender build and about 5'10". He was wearing black pants, a black coat, white shirt and a black bandanna on his face.

Police say the second suspect is a Hispanic male, mid 20s, slender and about 5'10". He was wearing light blue pants, a white shirt and a black bandanna on his face. Police say he was armed with a butcher knife.

No one was hurt. 

Anyone with information about the two men or the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
