TULSA, OK -- Anyone who recycles their paper, glass, plastics and aluminum in Tulsa will want to be aware of changes to the city's pick up schedule.
Instead of bringing the green plastic bins to the curb twice a month, recyclers will cart their waste goods every two weeks which results in two additional pick ups each year for Tulsa's 14,000 curbside recycling customers.
Customers should watch their mail for notification of their collection day.
The City recently awarded the curbside collection of recyclable materials to a new company, RR Waste Solutions.
This will cause changes in the schedules laid out for each neighborhood.
