BROKEN ARROW, OK -- Broken Arrow Police honored two citizen crime stoppers on Tuesday.
Jack Foster and Kyle Jefferson were in line at the Walmart on Kenosha last week when they heard a woman screaming that someone stole her purse.
Police say the pair didn't hesitate to spring into action and chase down the suspect.
"When I saw the kid pushing her, yeah, and took her purse, all the thought was just go after him and get it," Jefferson said.
"The lady had said get him and I got him," said Foster.
Foster and Jefferson were awarded certificates of appreciation for their actions. Both men say the honor is a privilege, but they don't consider themselves heroes.
