TAHLEQUAH, OK -- Authorities in Cherokee County are calling the death of a 60-year-old man very suspicious.
The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office said family members of Robert Audd reported him missing on May 13th after they were unable to locate him.
Audd had last been seen at his home near Moodies in Cherokee County on May 10th.

Deputies began a search Friday and located Audd's vehicle, a green 1991 Jeep Cherokee, abandoned on a rural road near Peggs.
On Monday the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said Audd's body was found 140 yards from his home and that foul play was involved in his death.
The OSBI is waiting on the state Medical Examiner's Office to determine cause and manner of death.
