TULSA, OK -- The first-degree murder trial for 24-year-old Terrico Bethel, scheduled to start Monday in Tulsa County District Court, has been delayed.

During a hearing Monday morning, a Tulsa County District Court judge granted a request from the state to delay the trial.

In December, Terrico Bethel was bound over trial in connection with the death of Neal Sweeney.

Sweeney was shot and killed in his east Tulsa office in 2008.

Last week, the Tulsa County DA's office charged two other men in connection with the death of Sweeney.

Both Alonzo Johnson and Mohammed Aziz remain in the Tulsa County jail without bond.

On Friday, the DA's office added two additional charges against Aziz.

The next court hearing for Bethel is June 14th.
