No Motive Or Witnesses In Tulsa Shooting Death

TULSA, OK -- Police have no suspects, witnesses or motive in the shooting death of a 19-year-old Tulsa man outside the Apache Manor Apartments, 2402 North Marion.

Tulsa Police first responded to the scene at 11 a.m. Saturday on a report of shots fired.

They found 19-year-old Vandell Nelson lying between buildings in the complex. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
