OSBI To Defend Its 'Proof Of Performance'

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has come under fire recently about the high-profile homicide cases it has worked.   

Tuesday afternoon, the agency will hold a news conference to talk about what it calls its proof of performance. The agency says the news conference will include information about its clearance rate for homicide cases over the last five years.
